Based in the Vail Valley, we understand the terrain, the community, and the unique demands of mountain construction.
Matthew Cuccio
Owner | General Contractor
With a passion for mountain living and an appreciation for thoughtful design, Matthew brings over a decade of experience in custom home building to the Vail Valley. A graduate of Louisiana State University with a degree in Construction Management, he has built his career around quality craftsmanship, attention to detail, and creating homes that are as functional as they are beautiful.
Matthew’s passion for building began in his parents’ garage, where he first discovered his love for woodworking. What started as a hobby grew into a career building custom homes and eventually led him to launch MC Custom Builders.
With a vision to offer a more personal, hands-on building experience, Matthew founded MC Custom Builders on the values of clear communication, lasting relationships, and exceptional craftsmanship.
